Garden Sheds in Cornwall – Bespoke Timber Buildings

Quality Cornwall Garden Sheds manufactured to Order. All materials are Pressure Treated with a Tanalith E Treatment, to treat against micro-organisms and rot. Whilst they are treated this does not ensure the buildings remain water tight, therefore you will need to paint your building on Installation and then as recommended with a waterproof coating.

Materials Include: 3″ x 2″ Floor Frame, 12mm WISA tanalised Ply floor, 2″ x 2″ Carcassing, Ondutis Air TT 95 Membrane lining, Ex 19mm Redwood Shiplap cladding, 2″ x 2″ and 3″ x 2″ Roof Frames, 11mm OSB3 lined roof panels, Onduline roof sheets and ridges (standard 15 year manufacture guarantee), Wooden Barges, Ex 19mm Redwood TGV door, 4″ 2″ Door Frame, Stainless Steel Nails, DPC, Galvanised Ironmongery (hinges and padbolt).

Measurements are approximate in feet and may slightly vary and are the size of the floor frame. Once you have selected your shed spec please contact us to confirm placement of shed door/s and window/s. We don’t get involved with the bases, however we do recomend a level gravel base. This allows for drainage and avoids any splashback of rainwater you will get with a Concrete Base.

A gravel base also allows some tolerance for our floor frames to sit completely level. For more information / advice, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss with you.
